Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

The 7-day free trial is provided at no cost. You may cancel at any time during the trial period. No charges are incurred during the trial.

2. Lite and Pro Plans

Lite and Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as agreed at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@salaryiq.xyz.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

4. Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal if you have not substantially used the Service during that period.
Annual subscriptions: A prorated refund is available within 30 days of initial purchase. After 30 days, the subscription continues until the annual period ends.
Enterprise contracts: Refund terms are governed by your individual Enterprise agreement.

5. What Counts as Substantial Use

Performing multiple salary searches, accessing benchmark data, or viewing source provenance constitutes substantial use of the Service.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@salaryiq.xyz with your account email and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes do not affect refunds for purchases made before the change date.
