1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SalaryIQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SalaryIQ provides consolidated salary intelligence by aggregating publicly accessible salary data from multiple independent sources. The Service presents salary benchmarks, source provenance, evidence classification, and freshness tracking for job seekers, hiring managers, and HR professionals.

3. Important Disclaimer

Salary information provided through SalaryIQ is for informational and benchmarking purposes only. It does not constitute compensation advice, a guarantee of salary levels, or a promise of employment outcomes. Actual salaries vary based on individual circumstances, employer policies, market conditions, and other factors not captured in aggregate data.

4. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must verify your email address before accessing the Service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated scripts or scrapers to extract data from SalaryIQ.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit SalaryIQ data without an appropriate subscription plan.
Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

SalaryIQ offers a 7-day free trial, followed by Lite ($199/month), Pro ($499/month), and Enterprise (custom) plans. Payment terms are outlined in your individual subscription agreement.

7. Data Accuracy

SalaryIQ aggregates data from third-party sources including government agencies, salary platforms, recruitment firms, and job boards. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or precision of third-party data. Each data record includes its source provenance and evidence classification so you can assess reliability yourself.

8. Intellectual Property

The SalaryIQ interface, methodology, evidence classification system, and provenance tracking are proprietary. Raw salary data sourced from third parties remains subject to those parties' terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalaryIQ and 9cv9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on salary data presented through the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
